Developers: Getting Started.

If you’re a Developer and would like to advertise your Help to Buy properties on www.HelptoBuyESE.org.uk then follow our steps to get you moving in the right direction.

Step 1

Ensure your homes are built within our counties:

  • Bedfordshire
  • Buckinghamshire
  • Hertfordshire
  • Cambridgeshire
  • Norfolk
  • Suffolk
  • Kent
  • East & West Sussex
  • Surrey
  • Essex

If your development is not within one of our regions, you can find out who your relevant Help to Buy Agent is here.

Step 2

You need to be in contract with Homes England. This process can take 6-8 weeks to complete. To begin this process, register here: Homes England Account Registration (Homes England was formally known as the Homes & Communities Agency).

For more information on the registration process, visit Homes England Help to Buy Builders Participation Guidance.

It's important to note that on registering with Homes England you will be obligated to provide regular forecasting: Help to Buy: Guidance and Application Forms.

Step 3

Once you have entered into contract with Homes England and have been issued with a NP code then you need to register your site by completing a New Site Development Formand emailing it to: [email protected].

*Please ensure you include your NP code and return it in word format.

Step 4

When we have received your New Site Development Form, your contacts and site information will be added to our internal systems. You will be provided with access to the website so you (or the estate agent that you nominate) can list your properties online.

Please also see our handy guide to assist you: Quick guide for Stakeholders.

Have you heard?

It’s good to know, that if you’re a Small Developer (40 units or less) then our team can also help you with:
